Never had a dull experience with them! Both my previous Nissan Qashqai and my current Peugeot have been serviced here, and the team has always been professional and transparent. They clearly communicate if there might be any additional charges, and I appreciate that honesty. I tend to ask a lot of questions (despite not having an engineering background), but they’ve never tired of explaining things in detail. Always friendly and patient - highly recommended!

Very experienced with Vans (you can see the taxis in the yard show as much.) They’re always friendly and affordable and go the extra effort to find second hand parts where necessary to save you money! Did my roadworthy here too and it was cheap and they were very reasonable with it

Amazing focus to details. My car was making this ring sound intermittently for a year and no one could resolve it. I made peace with it but it always made my brain itch everytime that sound came while driving. But Brisbane Autocare found the source and fixed while servicing my car. I had some chores to do, so they gave me a service car in the meantime as well. Love the professionalism and top notch customerservice.
